1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns on any products once sold. Please make sure to review product details and confirm your purchase before completing the order.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request an exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

3. Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange a product under the following conditions:

• The product must be in brand-new, unused condition

• The original seal must not be broken or tampered with

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date

• The customer must choose another product of the same value as the original item

• Exchanges are only allowed once per purchase

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows any signs of use or if the seal is broken.

4. Warranty Issues

If your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and is found to be faulty, you can contact us for support. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
